Your right to return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, provided the item is eligible under the conditions below.

Eligible returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

How to start a return

To request a return, email us at tressasupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with the next steps. Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return shipping costs

Unless your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
